Williams Refrigeration and Falcon Foodservice Equipment launched the latest additions to their product portfolios at Hospitality 2009.
These included the unique Coral wall-mounted refrigerated storage model and an induction boiling table – the ultimate in energy efficient cooking. The new Falcon electric convection oven range was also on display.
Hospitality also saw the official launch of the Greenlogic programme, designed to help caterers select energy-efficient, waste-reducing equipment.
A Williams Hydrocarbon model was featured in conjunction with the range of Eloma Combination Ovens.
These products and initiatives demonstrate the commitment of both companies towards producing energy efficient equipment that will help reduce running costs.
