Since the early 20th Century, the name of Bongard has been linked to the history of Baking and Pastry making. As part of the AFE Bakery Group, Bongard Develop, manufacture and distribute appliances involved in the baking and pastry making process from the mixture of ingredients to the baking of bread. Bongard has invented such technical innovations as the CERVAP deck oven and the OSCA rotating rack oven. Since 1984 Bongard has asserted its role as a recognised specialist in activities such as mixing, machining, freezing and oven lines, with the engineering and design departments focussing on the ergonomics and the functionality of the equipment to ensure of use, reliability and high performance.
With five major brand names - Bongard, Loiselet, Marchand, Esmach and Becker - servicing individual bakers and pastry chefs to mass market retailers and industrial bakers alike. Distributing products worldwide, Bongard has five subsidiaries and an extensive network of distributors, dealers and technical support. |
