Due to continuing expansion and a recent restructuring of the group we wish to appoint a new commercially focused Finance Director with a proven track record of success within a manufacturing environment. The position will be based at the group’s head office in Kings Lynn.

This wide ranging role will require involvement at all levels and across all areas of the business including legal, HR, employment and IT and requires an individual who can contribute at both a strategic and operational level to the further growth of this international group.

The successful candidate will:
- Manage the group accounting function and analyse and report on group performance.
- Take overall responsibility for reporting systems and controls.
- Actively contribute to the financial / commercial direction of the business as part of the senior management team, working closely with the group managing director.
- Lead the implementation of a new SAP ERP system.
- Be responsible at group level for the financial management of overseas businesses in Europe, China, UAE and Australia.

The role will involve some international travel and the successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
