Falcon and Williams were amongst the stars of the recent Restaurant Show - with the Eloma Live Theatre taking centre stage.

The feedback was consistent - operators want products which reduce their costs - but not at the expense of performance. We believe we have those products."
Products displayed included the forthcoming Induction Boiling Table which supports 5kW hotplates compared to the standard 3.6kW. A new range of Hydrocarbon Refrigeration cabinets from Williams was also unveiled.
